 GENETIC EXPRESSION: As you know, I have long expressed in these pages the knowledge many scientists secretly have, that we can control our genetic expression almost completely...hence, we can cure ourselves of almost any disease through our beliefs and even diet.
Now, from Nora Gedgaudas, an expert in diet-body connection, comes this wonderfully precise and salient reaffirmation. This quote comes from her site at Top ten nutritional mistakes....
Here is the quote itself:
"Even by the most conservative geneticists' standards, we have anywhere from 80% to 97% control over our own genetic expressions. We ALL have dormant genes for all sorts of things, both good and bad. You're not just fat because your mother and father were fat. Nor are you destined to have a heart attack just because half the people in your family have had one, or by the same token will you get diabetes, or cancer.
Genetics can have some influence, certainly...but genes are turned on and off by regulatory genes and regulatory genes are mainly controlled by nurtients. NON-PROFIT STATUS: We met with our lawyer several weeks ago to begin setting up our non-profit, Shamanic helper. Our basic need now is for an accountant who is open to what we do here at S-NE, to help us get through all the IRs paperwork. Hope to have some movement foreward on this very soon. 4/17/10Updated the Intro page to reflect some of the deeper insights I have received in the past year or so. I also moved stuff around and made the subjects more obvious and better organized. Well worth a re-read...
4/14/10 Added a wonderful story of healing for a little dog, complete with actual, clear, pictorial eveidence of the removed, invading Spirit. This is a wonderful, jaw-dropping bit of evidence of the power of Spirit Healing.
4/12/10 Tonight I am bringing all the "buried" links right up onto the site menu box on the left, so you can hit all my pages from each page. Before this, you would have to go to a particular page to access some links. I am trying to get them all listed for easier site navigation. So far only the home page is upgraded...give me a day or so...
4/11/10 Until two nights back, I was having quite the time trying to access my files for updates...but that is now solved so I am back with live monitoring and updates for the site. In the next month or so I hope to make this site a bit more visually attractive, and to update some of the pages with new information. To that end, I have already changed over the pages to a larger, more easily read font.
I also have a new journey CD that comes with a new book that I recommend for shamanic seekers both brand new and expereinced...details to follow very shortly. Been having a marvelous run of journeys for myself and others. I remind all that I am here for you no matter what. :)
2/21/10 Sorry for the long delay in an update. It has been a wonderfully busy time. As you can read in my BLOG, for the New Year Bituun ritual, I have been "promoted" by my Helpers to the level of "master" shaman. Very humbling. This means my healing and other works will be even more powerful and effective. I am so grateful! I also got a new laptop and have finally broken the code to using new programs to keep this site current. Hence this upgrade.
So look for more frequent changes here. Also, I have joined a local Paranormal Group and will be involved in investigations and journeys to help therewith. Lately I have been being inundated with sacred number sequences such as 111, 444, 555, 888, and the four-groups thereof, and this shows I am in resonance with the path the universe (i.e., God) has "in mind" for me. :)

10/7/09 Been a while since an update. I am still, of course, perfoming journeys, divinations, astrology readings, etc., with new lients coming in at the rate of perhaps 1-2 a month. I have had a wonderful summer of incorporating Tolle's teachings (books "The Power of Now" and "A New Earth") with the Tao De Ching, and am very comfortable now with my place in the universe.
It is vital to separate the thinking mind from conscious awareness in order to achieve balance, inner peace, and a loving relationship with all things. There is no such thing as peace of mind...there is only the peace of NO mind. As the Tao says, what contains the usefulness of four walls of a room?...the empty space they contain. What cotains the usefulness of a cup?...the hollow interior. What best defines the usefulness of the human body?...the stillness (the Tao, the inner knowing) within.
I have been able to begin to do this, thanks to Tolle and the Tao. I believe I can help anyone with anything now. I plan to begin a series (I hope :) ) of public lectures at the Shaman's Dream in North Hampton, NH, soon. I am now drumming in a 50s-something band, and preparing for my first small role in a Christmas play to be performed in Hampton in December. Of course, I still work 6 full days a week, which is why the small number of new clients is OK for now. But I take new clients no matter what...I will make the time for you.
5/18/09 Hard to believe it took this long to add a new note. :) I have been posting blogs to MySpace, and working with clients...and becoming evermore aware, more conscious, getting away from the egoic mind and rote emotional responses. The most profound events of the past few months have all been internal. I am very deeply engrossed with Eckhart Tolle's Power of Now and A New Earth, which should be read in that order.
His treatment of the western mindset and its built-in "insanity" are correct and very profound. When two (or more) people, totally locked up in their minds and emotions, interact, Tolle calls this interaction "unconscious", because the Spirit and its unconditional Love, at the basis of every life form, are completely covered over, negated, neutralized. This leads to all sorts of problems and competition, and even relationships that appear to be sound are that way only because the competing egos find satisfaction and self-maintenance in them.
It is a guarantee that once one of those egos no longer is fed and gratified, that relationship will collapse, unless enlightenment, that is, awareness of the eternal Spirit Self, is present. And that awareness can only be felt in the Now, the present moment, for the past and future are merely mind constructions. Anyway, in order to detach myself from ego, I decided in a dream yesterday to stop calling myself a Shaman, for the ego finds gratification and promotes separation from others in that title. Better is a title that describes what I DO versus what I am, and the Spirits told me to use the term Spirit Checker...and so it is. Peace.
2/7/09Just to keep you up to speed, the hawk signs since the New Year of Jan 26 have been fabulously positive. All indications are that this will be a tremendously powerful and successful year for my Shamanic Work. I have placed a flyer in a local, natural products store in my home town, and permission to do that has been hard to get...until now.
I have already been at work, having done 6 journeys for clients and myself since the 26th, and they have been image-rich and very effective. Elsewhere, particularly at my MySpace site, I have described in great detail a paranormal event that I witnessed right on my own street in early January. More importantly, this Event seems to indicate that if one is open to all possibities, one sees them.
So if you have limited your perceptional tools through restricted beliefs, a lot can happen RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOU and you will not notice it at all...the brain will neutralize it so as to prevent its being registered.
Another wonderful Happenstance is my falling into having the CDs of author Ekhardt Tolle reading his Book, The Power of Now. This truly is a fabulous Read, not only because it is rife with shamanically-based wisdom, but also because it ties this in with the ancient but totally awesome Tao De Ching, modern Views of the Mind and its Powers, and even quantum physics. So this is a highly recommended Book.... a must read.
So now we head into the new year, armed with higher spiritual power and protection, and I welcome any and all to seek spiritual advancement here.
1/13/09 Much has happened in the past two weeks, and I have added some of this to the new Feature above, wherein I reproduce my MySpace blogs. One of the latest highlights a paranormal event I observed in my home town on January 3. This was a first for me, and indicates my own Sensing is getting stronger, the wall between dimensions is getting thinner, or both. Hope you read it...
10/25/08 I have updated my Creed Page to reflect more powerfully the knowledge given me by Mother Earth a few months ago: that consciousness is a direct BY-PRODUCT of the Matter-Energy-Time Continuum that our universe is made up of. Therefore, ALL THINGS have consciousness, and All is thereby interconnected with, and INSTANEOUSLY accessible to, All.
As the Jewish Name for "God" implies, I am that am. This also means that we are all of "God" and have, in a small way, all of "God's" powers within us. Jesus said as much as well. Shamans have likewise been saying this for millennia. It is VITAL all humans come to know this, for lack of this truth in one's life leaves one completely vulnerable to destructive and negative forces, as we need to know how to balance the light and the darkness in our own perceptions of the world before we can add to the light.
Also, for some mind expansion, I recommend people log onto either the www.DavidIcke.com website OR go to YouTube.com and watch some of the amazing videos featuring David Icke. David had a highly spiritual conversion in the early 90s and was roundly thrashed in England and elsewhere as a result, EXCEPT by those already in the know about the spiritual world as it really seems to be, to me included.
Over the past decade and a half, his writings and speakings have reached more and more people, and now he is a dynamic force for enlightenment concerning the wide range of forces in our lives that are leading us down the wrong path to fear and and its subsequent control of us by others. Much of what he has been ridiculed for, I have epxerienced first-hand and can vouch for.
Again, I cannot recommend highly enough the Coast to Coast AM Radio Show with George Noory. SO MUCH highly important information and viewpoint gets released to the world nightly on this venue, and it is no accident it is the highest rated and most widely carried show on radio today..and growing. It is a counterforce to the small but very powerful group of humans/beings that wishes to completely dominate the world and its inhabitants, both human and otherwise.
9/15/08: A wonderful gift from the "winged world" (i.e., the birds) for me today. I was standing outside my truck when I looked up on Instinct to see a Peace Eagle (Turkey Vulture) directly over me, and very low. It had floated in from the South. As I watched it, it turned into the West and crossed the sun. The West is the direction of the Spirit World, the South the direction of life, and the joy of living.
Crossing the sun adds immense energy. Hence, this was a sign of immense spirit power coming from the Spirit World and into my life. After all this, the Peace Eagle headed back into the West from where it had come. Shamans do not believe in coincidence.

The link to the Coast to Coast AM radio show is a vital one...this show will help you overcome the brainwashing our culture has wrought upon each of us. We are not merely cogs in the great economic machine, folks. This show wil help you think outside the box and start taking the real issues in life more seriously.

8/6/08: Hi, all. I have upgraded the main menu on each page to include several of the new pages I created recently. Other than that, not much has changed. Oh...I did put up some Pets stories on the Pets Page finally. It has been a very busy few months for me, with little opportunity to do much Spirit Work. A glorious Summer has been moving through my Life, and I assume as we head back into Fall things will quiet down and I will have more work to do and time to do it. Meanwhile, I continue to wish you peace and love. Contact me if you need anything.
7/27/08: I am back from several rounds of vacation, and have been deeply refreshed and empowered by being "off-line", so to speak, from the heavy and love-filed reposnsibility of being a Shaman. Luckily there were no emergencies while I was resting. I checked the mail daily, and nothing came up. I am stronger than ever now. I have met with my Helpers and they say I am stronger and more ready than ever.
They even graced me with a large and beautiful feather, sitting in plain sight on a lawn the other day, one I will use for rituals and protection. I have also discovered Graham Hancock, a tremendously wise and well-spoken man who can teach us all a lot about what the consciousness aspect of shamanism and other spiritual seekings can bring into our lives.
I highly recommend a series of radio interview segments with Art Bell, available on YouTube at Graham Hancock Part 1. This link opens a video window with a still photo of Graham on a large stone mesa with a pyramid to his left in the distance. There are at least 12 segments, so one goes on to Part 2, 3, etc...as long as you see the photo with the pyramid, you are on the right sequence.
This is required listening, and it is sad only aout 100 people have viewed this so far when millions view mindless fodder of people doing mindless things. Those fun videos are all well and good, but the truth about our consciousness is so much more important. Please go through the sequence...I'll be glad to discuss them with you.

6/8/08: I just went through my Shaman Intro Page with a fine-tooth comb, fixing punctuation and grammar, and adding some clarifying and expanding Material. I feel this Version is the most comprehensive and clearest I've offered. And yet, no doubt additional material will follow as I grow even more...
6/3/08: I have added the Intent Oils listing. One first goes to the "What this Foundation will offer" page and then at the botton you will see the link to the Oils Page. I may eventually break this Oils Page out into the main site listing...we'll see how this goes. We did more filming last Thursday, capturing several Power Animal journeys on film, as well as some more divinations and discussions. We have about 5 hours in the Can, and will be doing more this Thursday evening.
5/25/08: Work with Soso Whaley on her documentary on my shamanic work is going very well. We have about 2.5 hours of footage, with more to follow. We have my morning prayer ritual on disc, as well as a lengthy client session that involved two divinations and a journey to clear her homestead of a negative spirit. It is an honor to work with Soso, and I look forward to her editing.
You can view some of her delightful short works at her site at YouTube: Moaning Dog Productions. Soso is amazingly connected to animals, sea dwellers and air dwellers as you will see. This makes her a natural to understand the animism of the shamanic path. Soon she plans to post a few shorts of our work together there, and I will let you know when that occurs, of course.

I just added myself to a wonderful new site that befriended me on MySpace the other evening: the Holistic Direct.com Practitioner Page. There are many alternative therapies and practitioners listed there, and now I am among them in the "Journey Work" and "Shamanic" categories of the Practitioner Directory. This will expand my opportunity to reach out to others with my abilities, and I consider it a great honor to be listed there. I look forward to getting new requests for services through this site. I encourage you to check out their other offerings as well.

Hi, everyone. I continue to add info and pages slowly but surely. I introduce new additions with the symbol . I was quite sick much of this week as I got hit with one of the more powerful gastro-intestinal things going around. But ironically that has given me some quiet time to do Work for some Clients (four Journeys yesterday and the subsequent four type-ups today) and to upgrade the site some more. I'm working now on adding another healing record to that page, and will soon add some of my soul restorations and divinations.
I also have gotten in all but one of the Essences I need to make Intent Oils, blessed to give you added Power according to your Intent. The shipping bottles will be in early next week.
